From accommodating multiple people with extra seating, bunk beds, or a dining table for six, our system has you covered.
For your cargo, simply adjust the bed panels to your desired height and tie down to the 4 rows of L-Track installed in the floor. Sleep above your equipment, safely stored inside your van without having to worry about theft or loss.
In addition to securing your cargo, organize your tools with our patented gear walls with versatile storage mounting options including Milwaukee PackOut mounts, MOLLE pattern panels, RotopaX mounts, and Otzi-designed mounting pattern constructed to accommodate any equipment mounting without drilling.

The Adapt-Sport features our patented Otzi flares, a revolutionary addition to your van’s design. Unlike any other flares on the market, ours are meticulously insulated to provide optimal comfort. Until now, sleeping sideways in your van meant sacrificing insulation at critical areas like your feet and head. With our flares, you’re protected by 3M R5 insulation, ensuring warmth and coziness throughout the night.
But comfort isn’t the only benefit. Our flares also optimize the available sideways sleeping space, extending the bed area. Their symmetrical depth ensures a visually balanced van, eliminating any lopsided appearance.
Our flares are engineered with a patent-pending hollow design that effectively dampens sound, guaranteeing a peaceful night’s sleep even in noisy environments. The Otzi Adapt-Sport kitchen galley is designed to provide your basic needs in a compact environment. The stainless steel sink and faucet connect to portable 6 gallon fresh and gray water tanks. The 1800W induction cook top and overhead mounted microwave are powered by the power station that is charged via DC to DC onboard charging, 15 Amp exterior AC shore power port, and exterior remote solar panel power port.

Equipped for fast charging, this onboard power hub boasts three versatile charging methods: an exterior remote solar power port, DC to DC charging with the onboard alternator, and a 15-amp exterior AC 110v shore power point.
This robust power system effortlessly energizes your 1800W induction cook top, LED Smart Lighting, microwave, MaxxAir fan, and still reserves enough power to charge your phone, power tools, and any other essential devices you may need during your adventures.
ARMORED WHEEL WELLS
Increase your van’s durability and comfort with our upgraded armored wheel wells. The Adapt-Sport’s armored wheel wells, constructed with 1/8” powder-coated aluminum and 1/4” stainless steel rivets, are ideal for loading heavy gear such as dirt bikes. Engineered to withstand rigorous use, they offer durability and reliability for your adventurous pursuits.
Not only do they elevate the interior’s visual appeal, but they are sound dampened and insulted to ensure your comfort inside the van. One of the more critical and often over-looked areas for sound dampening in a vehicle, the wheel wells stand out, particularly given the increased noise generated by off-road tires.

EFFICIENT VENTILATION
Proper ventilation in a van is essential for regulating temperature, ensuring a continuous flow of fresh air, controlling moisture levels, and minimizing the buildup of internal off-gassing from recreational equipment or fragrant foods.
In the Adapt-Sport, air circulation begins with dual pill windows located in the sleeping area of the van. Opening both windows while sleeping facilitates cross ventilation without the need to use the MaxxAir fan, conserving battery power. For enhanced airflow, the MaxxAir fan can be activated to draw outside air in through both sides.
Moreover, the MaxxAir fan serves as an effective exhaust system for dissipating steam and cooking odors from the van. The convenient sliding window adjacent to the galley provides additional airflow, particularly beneficial when preparing fragrant foods or generating steam during
cooking.
ADVANCED WALLS & CEILING
The construction of the Adapt-Sport's walls and ceiling has been meticulously engineered to deliver exceptional sound dampening, insulation, versatility, and durability ensuring they can truly withstand the rigors of off-roading. Moreover, these walls and ceiling are designed for easy servicing. This means that accessing any part of them is a breeze if the need arises. Let’s say you decide to incorporate the latest Starlink technology. As technology constantly evolves, it’s vital to have the flexibility to run new cables, install additional passthroughs for lighting or other tech upgrades.
With our system, it’s as simple as loosening the screws in the L-Track, allowing you to remove the paneling and reach the interior of your walls. The engineered L-Track backing is securely mounted to the chassis using stainless steel rivets, and the L-Track itself is affixed to the galvanized backing with machine screws through rivnuts. This ensures unparalleled durability even on the most demanding trails while adding structural strength to the van’s body.
SUPERIOR FLOOR DESIGN
The flooring in the Adapt-Sport is meticulously engineered to integrate seamlessly with the chassis floor, ensuring a cohesive and robust structure. Beneath the 2Tec2 flooring lies a CNC manufactured marine-grade plywood structural subfloor and high and low frequency sound deadening Hushmat that provides additional thermal transfer protection. This insulation not only helps maintain a comfortable interior temperature but also enhances energy efficiency by minimizing heat loss or gain. The 2Tec2 flooring, renowned for its exceptional strength and resilience, offers unmatched durability against abrasion, impacts, and moisture.
On top of the 2Tec2 flooring is 4 rows of black anodized L-Track, which makes it easy to secure cargo and hobby equipment. Together, these elements create a flooring system that not only enhances the structural integrity of the vehicle but also ensures lasting comfort and protection for all occupants during their adventures.
ENGINEERED SHEET METAL CONSTRUCTION
As the popularity of adventure vans surged, many major manufacturers of traditional RVs and travel trailers extended their production lines to include adventure vans. However, these manufacturers often applied the same construction methods used for standard over-the- road vehicles to adventure vans. Unfortunately, these methods and materials proved insufficient for the rugged demands of off-road travel. Laminated particle board, for example, quickly succumbed to the challenges of rough trails, resulting in premature failures.
In contrast, our meticulously engineered sheet metal interior, featuring powder-coated aluminum and assembled with stainless steel hardware, offers unparalleled durability. Enhanced with bamboo counter tops, cabinet faces, and accents, our design has undergone rigorous testing on the toughest trails, washboard roads, and most demanding adventures, ensuring resilience and longevity in the face of rugged conditions.
LIGHTWEIGHT CONSTRUCTION
The Adapt boasts an exceptionally low weight, tipping the scales at only 6435 lbs.
